The chocolate melts can be melted au bain-marie or in the micro wave. They are made from real Belgian chocolate. Cause when you've been in the kitchen for hours working on that fine piece of art, you're not settling for anything but the best. When you want to use the product to add taste to mousse or bavarois than melt the product in the microwave without following above steps(stir to prevent burning). Due to different temperatures, the melts may melt in transit. They still can be used but they may not arrive in the original wafer shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the melts. INGREDIENTS Sugar, cocoa butter (24 ), WHOLE MILK POWDER, cocoa mass (11 ), emulsifier: E322 (SOY), natural vanilla flavouring. For allergens, see ingredients in BOLD. May contain traces of: NUTS. DIRECTIONS Preparations: Pour the melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power ( 800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15 20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate can still be seen).
