How to brew green dragon oolong tea loose leaf?

Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp ti kuan yin loose tea leaves, pour a small amount of boiling water into the tea, and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
