May add directly to food or rehydrate by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes. Product Notes: A convenient form of dried garlic that can be added directly to liquids or rehydrated. Use in stir-fry's, grilled meats and vegetables, sautés and sauces. Sprinkle garlic flakes on baked potatoes, garlic bread, or pasta dishes.
