Frontier Co-op Senna Leaves are grown and harvested in India. These leaves are whole. You can add 1/2 a teaspoon of the leaves to 1 cup of boiling water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. Mix with honey for a sweeter flavor. Since you get a whole pound of it at a time, you’ll be able to make around 1,245 cups of tea with a single purchase!
