Its great in soups and other dishes that use cooked vegetables. Also delicious in stir-fries or chilled salads, and they can be prepared as a side dish. Cook them and season them with garlic powder, paprika or curry to bring out their unique flavor. To use the blend in soups, stews, or other dishes, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add 1 cup vegetable blend and simmer 2-3 minutes until tender. This makes 2 cups cooked vegetables. When soaked with hot water, the product will not need any further cooking.
