Q:Why my speakers have no sound?/ Why only one side of speakers have sound?

A:Please make sure that you had plug in the speakers port tightly first. If it is still not working after confirmation, it is probably the speakers problem. COME TO US for a new speakers.

Tips: make sure the speakers are placed on your ears so that the sound you hear will be louder.

Q:How come mine can't achieve 3-person intercom?

A: TCOM SC,TCOM VB,BM2-S Bluetooth Helmet can only 2 Riders Intercom at the same time ,and 3 Riders connect, Support pairing with other brands.
