Warm tips&Instruction:

1. Check the LCD first to make sure the flex is in good condition and no debris on the connector.

2. Disconnect the BATTERY CABLE from the motherboard FIRST before disconnecting other connectors.

3. Make sure for iPhone IOS is upgraded to the latest version.

4. Plz insert the screwdriver head 90° vertically into the tiny-screws head when twisting the screws, otherwise, the screws may be stripped.

5. Make sure the metal plate over the connectors is tightened down properly, not too tight or too loose.

6. Test the screen first after connecting all cables, make sure everything is good before installing it on the phone.

-- The screen cannot turn on/has touch issue/flash/ has lines/ghost click/no display?

Please try this: Power off your phone, disconnect all the cables including the battery cable, clean the connector on the motherboard, reconnect the cables, leave the phone alone for a while in a dry environment, then do a hard reset on your phone to power it on.

--Why is touch ID not working after installing the new screen?

1. The home button that came with our screen doesn't have TOUCH ID function, the touch ID only works with the original home button. Please transfer the original home button if needed.

2. If the touch id is not working after using the original home button, please reinstall the home button and make sure the connector is connected correctly. Then reset the touch ID in your phone setting.
