Hempanana Milk Shake
You need: 3 tbsp hulled, hemp, 2 cups milk (nut/hemp/rice), 1 cup ice, 3 bananas, 3 stalks celery (chopped), 1 tbsp nut butter.
Directions: Blend everything in blender or until smooth, enjoy!
Optional: Add maca, cacao, chia, or a protein powder.
