A high strength Pecan natural flavouring with a sweet walnut flavour – for bakery, confectionery, desserts and more. This is a professional high strength flavouring product and must be used diluted. It is for use in foodstuffs only and is not to be consumed directly. For best results dilute the flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. Foodie Flavours Pecan Natural Flavouring is suitable for the following diets: Coeliac, Ovo-lacto vegetarians, Vegans, Halal, Kosher. As with most Foodie Flavours this Pecan Natural flavour is great for buttercream icing, cake mix, biscuits and other bakery items as well as for adding flavour to desserts. INGREDIENTS Natural flavouring, triacetin (E1518). DIRECTIONS For best results dilute our pecan flavour into a key wet ingredient such as water, milk or egg. Only a few drops are needed, so try about 10 or 20 drops (0.5ml to 1ml) per kg of food and adjust to taste. If you are baking then please remember that some of the flavour will 'flash off' so you may need to increase the dose to compensate.
