Fontana FORMIELLO Balsamic vinegar of Modena is made in Modena, Emilia Romagna, from the blend of must of carefully harvested grapes and wine vinegar maturated in wooden barrels.

This vinegar has been produced in Modena and Reggio Emilia since the XII century.

It is a smooth, naturally mellow vinegar, ideal to be used as a salad dressing blended together with extra virgin olive oil, or drizzled directly over grilled or boiled meats and vegetables.

No caramel colouring, no thickeners and no sugar are added in our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
