FOMI's Neck and Shoulder Ice Pack is the ideal hot/cold pack to have on hand. Designed to be used as a multipurpose pack, it can be used for virtually any body part. At 4" x 25", it has an exact and comfortable fit for the neck and shoulders. The three separate sections ensure that the gel beads will be evenly distributed throughout the pack for full coverage of the body part being treated. It also allows it to fold, making the size flexible to fit virtually any body part. Among others, it's great for stomach, back, biceps, triceps, hip, or knee. Made from nontoxic, medical grade gel and PVC plastic.

Designed as two-sided, it can be used with both the fabric backing for a soft, soothing application, or the plastic side for a long-lasting and deeply penetrating experience. If preferred, start with the fabric side on your skin and flip over to the plastic side once the cold sensation subsides. The loops at the end are intended for you to hold it in place comfortably without your hands unnecessarily touching the cold portion.
