At 12" X 7", it has an exact and comfortable fit for ankles. Three separate sections ensure the gel beads are evenly distributed throughout the pack for full coverage of the front, back and both sides of the ankle. This also allows it to fold, making the size flexible to fit most body parts. Perfect fit for knee, calf, wrist, and elbow as well.
