Check First: Please judge by the indicator light on the right.

Normal charging: The indicator light is blue light on.

Not charging normally: Indicator red blue light flashing.

Standby mode: The indicator light is red light on.

Solution:

Pick up the phone, and put it on the charger after a while. Note that the center of the phone coil needs to be aligned with the center of the wireless charger stand coil. If red blue light flashing, please switch the button on the right until it's blue light on.
Unplug the USB-C port of the charger, then plug it back in.
