1. Stand with feet shoulder-wide apart and hands on hips.
2. Perform large step forward on balance mat and lower body until thigh is parallel to floor. Don't move knee forward toes.
3. Return to starting position.

2. Alternately lift one leg off floor and bring knee to chest.
3. Return to starting position
