Steep 1-2 teaspoons in very hot water for 5-10 minutes using a tea strainer/filter or empty tea filter bag. Infuse our Herbal Blends in a hot bath for a soothing and therapeutic experience. Add herbs to a cotton muslin drawstring bag and submerge under hot bath water. You may also add a brewed infusion directly to bath water or add dry herbs directly.
