Q: Why am I still seeing a tick on my dog when he's wearing a Jmxu's collar

A: Ticks may still get on to your dog's coat when your dog brushes past them, even if they are wearing a Jmxu's collar. The active ingredients work on contact, which means the tick needs to contact the fur to get exposed to the active ingredient. However, once they have climbed on, the ticks will be affected by the active ingredient and will fall off and die.

Q: My pet has started chewing the flea collar, should I be worried

A: The vast majority of active ingredients are bound in the collar matrix. Even if your dog manages to eat the whole collar, only mild gastrointestinal upsets are expected.
