OUR HISTORY

Fisher traces its beginning to 1910 when Fisher Flour Mills incorporated in Seattle. The company quickly established itself as the largest flour mill in the western United States.To promote the use of its high-quality flour, Fisher Flour Mills came up with the idea of selling piping-hot scones at major fairs. Those delicious Fisher Fair Scones quickly attracted a loyal following that continues to this day.

While scones remain a staple in our product line-up — besides the scones we serve at fair, we also sell an Original Fair Scone Mix in stores — we expanded our offering in 2010 to include a Pancake & Baking Mix, Cornbread Mix, Biscuit Mix, White Whole Wheat Flour, All-Purpose Flour, Cranberry Orange Scone Mix, and Blueberry Scone Mix.
