Set up Fahrenheit & Celsius switching Hold down the "+"and"-"keys simultaneously for 5 seconds/Press "TEMP"/Press "+"or "-"keys to toggle between Fahrenheit "F" or Celsius "C" Temperature and Time setting - "TEMP" is used for temperature setting/"TIMER" is used for time setting - "+" or "-" is used for increase or decrease the value	Put the items as the following order 1.silicone pad(non-slip pad is no longer included) 2.heat painting film 3.heat press machine It is better for you to set 60s w/360°F when you use sublimation paper to print, and set 15s w/320°F when you use heat painting film. If vinyl is used, please use vinyl with better quality PU material. Use this machine to select the temperature of 340°F, hot stamp for 15s, and tear off the plastic film while it is hot	After using Disconnect the power supply Put the machine on the black pallet to dissipate heat. (Please don't place the machine directly on the surface of other objects) -The machine can shut down automatically after half an hour. -Stay away from the source of water and in wet environments.
