  • FIDECO hard drive reader can support simultaneous connection of 3 hard drives - one 2.5" IDE, one 3.5" IDE, and one 2.5"/3.5" SATA.
  • If 2.5" and 3.5" IDE hard drives are connected simultaneously, you need to set jumper for 3.5" IDE hard drive and set it to slave.

Warm Note:

  • For new HDD, please go to "Disk Management" to initialize it first, and then your HDD can be recognized.
  • For Mac OS, the format needs to be set to exFat. Please backup all your data before formatting your HDD.
