Fenistil Drops are an oral antihistamine treatment that relieves skin rash (dermatosis), itching (pruritus), hay fever and nasal allergy. Fenistil drops can also help to relieve itchy skin that can result from conditions such as hives (urticaria), and skin allergies. Fenistil Drops are suitable for adults and children and easy to dose. Children: Infants 1 month to 1 year (only on medical advice): The recommended daily dose is 2 drops per kg bodyweight per day, divided in three intakes, e.g. 6 drops three times a day for an 8-month old infant weighing 9 kg. Children aged 1 to 12 years: The recommended daily dose is 2 drops per kg bodyweight per day, divided in three intakes, e.g. 8 drops three times a day for a 2 year old child weighing 12 kg. Do not administer Fenistil Oral drops, solution to a baby aged 1 month to 1 year unless prescribed by a doctor. Do not exceed the prescribed dose. Always take this medicine exactly as described in the leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Fenistil Oral drops, solution should not be subjected to high temperatures.
