Green light on the bottom right indicates the charging status of Airpods. Q2: why is the indicators red light flashing when i put the phone on?

A2: 1. If the phone with phone case, please make sure the thickness less than 5mm, or remove the case before charging.

2. Check whether your phone' case is with metal foreign objects. Magnetic and metal attachments that will cause foreign body protection.

3. Make sure you place the phone in the center of wireless charging area, you can try to place it again.

4. Test with other USB cables(2A required)

5. Re-plug the cable or adapter.
