You will start at the shoulder and neck and work your way up to your forehead

a. Start from your collarbone, moving in small circular motions, working upwards and outwards onto your neck.

b. When you get to your neck, continue to brush upwards towards the chin and ears.

c. Brush upward on the middle and sides (toward the chin and ears). Brush lightly under your entire chin from the middle toward each ear

d. Start in the center and lightly brush outward.

e. Make circular motions up and outward.

f. When you get to your nose, use gentle strokes from the bridge of the nose, moving out towards the cheeks. Making sure to do one side at a time.

g. Lightly stroke upward and around your brows, encircling the eyes lightly in a circular motion.

h. Start in the middle and move right on your right side and leftward on your left side.

Finish with a nutrient-rich serum and facial oil. It's important to hydrate your skin after exfoliating — keeping your skin glowing and plump.
