The new F.I.T. Personal Applicator is a compact 75ml tube with an innovative applicator head - easy to take with you, anywhere anytime. It is your personal F.I.T. masseur, always at hand. It contains the same effective balm as can be found in the original 100ml tubes, but has an integrated applicator head with five metal rollers. The applicator helps in effective application fo the balm, even on areas that are normally difficult to reach. The F.I.T. Personal Applicator with the unique roller is the ideal method to apply F.I.T. Sports balm and massage it into the skin, without the need for direct contact with your hands. - Before the first use, remove the tube’s protective seal. - Turn the applicator to its ON position and apply FIT Sports balm to the desired area. - Hold the tube upside down and let some air flow back into the tube; to ensure optimal handling during the massage. - Turn the applicator to the OFF position and start massaging gently until the balm is fully absorbed by the skin. - Clean the skin with soap and warm water. Make the skin towel dry. Apply F.I.T. sports balm to the skin and gently massage it into the skin until it has been absorbed. Repeat this up to three or four times a day as needed. In case of use of medication: If you already use an ointment containing corticosteroids or other stimulants on advice of your medical professional, then F.I.T. International advises you not to combine this ointment with this balm. Small children: Consult a doctor before using the product on children under 12 years of age.
