Installing guide

1	Remove the individual package outside of the ink cartridge.
2	Remove the Yellow Label from the top cover carefully.
3	Remove the orange cover carefully. Tear off the protective nozzle membrane if any.

4	Please do not touch the chip.
5	Install the cartridge into corresponding slot.
6	Press ok and ignore any messages from the printer.

Troubleshooting

1	If the printer shows a message such as "NO INK" or "Non-Original", please click “Start” or “OK”. This is normal for compatible cartridges.
2	After installing, if the ink level monitor on the printer reads empty, please reinstall the cartridge. It may take a few attempts. Cartridge performance is unaffected even without ink level monitor.
3	If the cartridge was unrecognized, please repeat remove the cartridge and load until recognized.

4	If the cartridge give you an error message, please remove the cartridge and turn off the printer for about 30 seconds. Then turn on the and re-install our cartridges.
5	If line or blurry happens, pls try to clean printhead for three times----Through your printer panel or the software.
