Backup Camera not working?

1: Make sure the rear camera is not damaged and check whether the camera is powered (12V)

2: Camera settings (set according to the parameters of the original rear camera )

l Please confirm that the Canbus Box and the cable of the Canbus Box have been correctly connected to the head unit

l 1: Click on ”Car Settings” -

2: System Settings--Factory Setting( password: 1617) ;

3: Cancel “Double recording”(Remove the symbol “v”) ;

4: Select:“Backcar Setting”---”6158C_VIN3_REAR”;

5: According to your original camera resolution, select the correct resolution in the format list ;

6: CVBS-NTSC, CVBS-PAL, AHD720P-25Hz, AHD720P-30Hz, AHD1080P-25Hz, AHD1080P-30Hz, TVI720P-30HZ ;(If the setting is wrong, the image on the left will appear)

7: After the above Settings, please click Save, the head unit will automatically restart !

How to Wire AHD 720P Backup Camera ?(original car without camera)

Important: Your original camera may not be compatible with the radio, we recommend that you use our free AHD 720P backup camera (format AHD25Hz)
Camera Power Cable: Red and Black. black wire connect to negative battery, red wire connect to the positive battery
Trigger Cable: wire labeled "reverse" or "brake"

NOTE: POWER CABLE(REVERSE Cable in wire of the headunit POWER CABLE and it is the 3rd wire from the first black line count)

Backcar Setting:

”Car Settings” APPS / System Settings-Factory Setting( password: 1617) / Feature Setting - Cancel “Double recording”(Remove the symbol “v”) / Select:“Backcar Setting” / ”6158C_VIN3_REAR” / According to your original camera resolution, select the correct resolution in the format list: CVBS-NTSC, CVBS-PAL, AHD720P-25Hz, AHD720P-30Hz, AHD1080P-25Hz, AHD1080P-30Hz, TVI720P-30HZ / After the above Settings, please click Save, the head unit will automatically restart !

*If the reversing still cannot be used, please let me know your order number so that I can serve you better.
