Each unit is fully RoHS compliant and tested to meet the EN60601-1 European Medical Device Directive, making them ideal for hospital and medical laboratory environments.

Ethernet Isolator place a physical barrier between your audio DAC and the LAN. Only data can travel across this barrier through the coupling of magnetic fields. Audio noise are blocked.

Audiophile Ethernet cables don’t electrically separate the connected equipment - the noise interference created by a LAN can travel through the audiophile Ethernet cables to audio DAC causing the space information to become blurred.

For best performance install in closed distance to the network audio DAC, the Ethernet cable entering to the RJ45 jack on the MI-300DG Ethernet isolator labeled 'Line' from home network (the router or the switch) does not have to be very high quality, but it is recommended that the shorter (as short as possible) Ethernet cable from the RJ45 jack on the MI-300DG Ethernet isolator labeled 'EQUIP' to the network audio DAC– it is of most importance.
