EUASOO USB C Docking Station connects up to 16 devices effortlessly with a single USB-C cable. This usb c dock is equipped with 4K HDMI & DP, VGA, Gigabit Ethernet, 3.5mm audio output, 3.5mm microphone input, 3 high-speed USB 3.0, 2 stable USB 2.0, and 2xUSB-C ports(one for connect your host, the other for data transfer). It comes with a power adapter to charge the dock ONLY. On top of all this connectivity, this docking station also offers the flexibility of 3 video connectivity options: HDMI, DP and VGA, you can easily turn your laptop into a complete Multi-displays Workstation with this Triple Display Docking Station.

Windows Display Mode and Resolutions

Mirror mode: External monitors resolution is 1920x1080 (1080P) and lower resolutions will be displayed at 60Hz.

Extend Mode: Windows supports triple display, but due to the chip's bandwidth limitation, only three screens of the four screens(including the host) will have output: HDMI + DP + HOST / HDMI + VGA + HOST / DP + VGA + HOST / HDMI + DP + VGA + HOST (Black). When three external monitors output simultaneously, they will be limited to 1920*1080@60Hz due to VGA.

MacOS Display Mode and Resolutions

macOS only supports mirror mode, but all external monitors can show different display from the host. When using only HDMI and DP ports, the maximum resolution of the display is 3840x2160 @ 30Hz. 2560x1600, 1920x1080 (1080P) and lower resolutions will be displayed at 60Hz. Note: if the VGA port is connected, the resolution of all monitors will be limited to 1920 * 1080 @ 60Hz.

Note:

1. Please make sure the USB C port of your laptop supports the DisplayPort Alt Mode before purchase 2. Display issue: For OS systems, laptops ( Macbook) are mirror mode only. 3. When you connect DP port and VGA simultaneously, the resolution for monitors is 1920 x 1080@60Hz (maximum). When you connect three monitors, The resolution might lower than 1920 x 1080@60Hz (depending on the monitor and bandwidth). 4. Please use HDMI 2.0/DP 1.2 and above cables for best performance. Shorter cables will generally produce the best results. 5. To achieve 4K @ 60Hz, each connected monitor and cable must support the required resolution and refresh rate. 6. When any video output is connected or disconnected, the other video output will be disconnected and reconnected for 5 seconds. 7. When using DP and HDMI simultaneously, sound output cannot be performed simultaneously, only one of the displays can be selected for sound output. 8. If the usb c docking station can’t charge your laptop, please plugin the power adapter to your laptop power port.

EUASOO Docking Station relies on new functionality of the USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C and as such is incompatible with USB 3.0/2.0 Type-A systems.

Most smartphones and tablets with USB-C ports do not support Alternate Mode video output, and some do not support USB Power Delivery. Please consult your device documentation or contact device manufacturer to confirm compatibility with these technologies.
