Try this maple ginger cocktail

What you need:

20 ml of Escuminac pure maple syrup, 40 ml of pink grapefruit juice, 40 ml of ginger ale, 20 ml of vodka (0ptional), Ice, Lime and sugar.

PREPARATION

1) Add the maple syrup, the vodka (optional), freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice to the shaker. 2) Without ice, shake briskly for 15 secs. Fill the shaker with ice and shake briskly again for 20 secs. 3) Frost the glasses (lime and maple sugar) 4) Double strain and pour into an old fashioned glass, top up with ginger ale and ice. 5) Garnish with crystallized grapefruit peel and serve.
