Ground swallow coconut cake - fine variable organic baking mix with 78% coconut content. Reduced carbohydrate content - 86% less carbohydrates (ready-baked) than conventional coconut macaroons. Increased protein content. Ingredients: coconut (coconut rasp, coconut flour deoiled) (78%)*, pea fibre powder*, baking powder* (corn starch*, acidifier: pure wine stone (24.7%) (monocalium tartrate), baking agent: soda (sodium hydrogen carbonate), psyllium husks*. *= from controlled organic farming. Allergy Notice: May contain traces of sesame and soy. 100g cake baked according to instructions contains average: energy 886kJ/213kcal, fat 16.8g (of which saturated fatty acids 7.7g), carbohydrates 6.5g (of which sugar 5.8g), fibre 9.5g, protein 6.0g, salt <0.1g. Preparation: Additionally required: 2 eggs, 500 ml low-fat milk, 60 ml oil, sweeteners (e.g. liquid sweetener). Approx. 120g Sugar Preparation: add baking mixture and all other ingredients in a bowl and use the mixer for 2 minutes. Stir. Add the dough in greased 24 cm spring form and in the pre-heated oven at 170 degrees approx. 40 min Bake. When using soil swallow erythritol sugar set at 170 degrees approx. 55 min Bake.
