Enjoy Raw Chocolate was founded by me (Chris) and my wife Steph. We are a husband and wife team on a mission to make great tasting chocolate without the ingredients that can cause negative reactions. We want to bring the joy of eating fabulous chocolate to everyone! This mission is driven by our love and enjoyment of chocolate combined with my food allergies/intolerances including dairy, milk/lactose, gluten, soya and certain nuts. However, we didn't want to make "free from" chocolate as we knew it - by simply substituting ingredients to make tolerable products that taste just "ok". Instead we wanted to prioritise taste, texture and sensation, selecting the ingredients that would maximise the enjoyment and experience. To help with this we knew we need an expert who knows ingredients and flavour design. Luckily we found Tyrone, now Enjoy's chocolatier and Product Director. Tyrone is a Michelin Star trained pastry chef, having completed his training in France. His knowledge and creativity combined with the rest of our brilliant team, have helped bring our vision and mission to life. Helping us create incredible tasting chocolates, that are also gluten, soya and dairy-free. What sets our chocolate apart from the rest? It's all about our unwavering commitment to premium ingredients and our innovative production methods. At the core of Enjoy! lies our enchanting trio of ingredients: cocoa butter, cocoa powder, and coconut sugar. We stand out from the crowd by choosing coconut sugar over refined sugar, not only for its distinct caramel flavor but also for its sustainability benefits (check our sustainability page for more details). To craft diverse flavors and textures, we carefully incorporate select ingredients into our recipes. Our approach is simple and minimalistic, with the aim of using as few ingredients as possible while ensuring a delightful taste.

We prioritize eco-friendly ingredients and work with importers to meet sustainability goals. As we expand, we're committed to forming direct farmer relationships. Our product packaging, including delivery materials, is recyclable, and we actively promote recycling through various channels, including supermarkets and TerraCycle.
