Notes:

With the length of heating use time and environmental problems, there may be a difference in heating temperature of about 3 degrees. For example, if the room is cold, there is a lot of heat loss.

Usage:

1. Place this cervical pillow flat on the bed, sofa or flat place you want to use.

2. Adjust the position and find the comfortable place, make your neck lying on the pillow, completely relax your neck, naturally sag your head.

3. Make sure there is no gap between the pillow and your shoulders, and then you can lay on it to fall asleep.

4. If you choose to use it with the heating function, link the heating pad USB cable and another controller USB cable, and then plug it into the mobile power supply, PC, USB adapter or other USB connection devices(5V=1A charger/DC USB input), you can choose the appropriate temperature according to your needs. Notes:

1. NOT USING the Heating Pad attachment while sleeping. The heating pad attachment needs to be monitored when using at all times.

2. The heating pad USB plugs into an USB port and then you will depress the button and it comes on.

3. A single heating does not exceed 30 minutes. Long-term use of the hot compress function may accumulate a large amount of heat and burn the skin, to avoid heat accumulation to cause physical discomfort, and the specific can be adjusted according to the individual's feelings. If the heating is too fast, you can use clothing to separate, use the controller to adjust the temperature or temporarily turn off the power. 4. When the weather gets cold, the pillow will harden. After receiving the pillow, it is recommended to put it in a warm room for about 24 hours. It will become soft, or if you use the heating function directly, the pillow will gradually become soft.
