FQAs
Q1. Can't connect the Bluetooth speaker (or headset)?
✓ Please disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the speaker and other devices, turn off Bluetooth on other devices, plug the audio cable into the "TX" port, and then reset the adapter to pair with the speaker.
Q2. Why is there still a voice delay when using a Bluetooth headset?
✓ To achieve low latency, your Bluetooth headset/speaker must support the aptX low latency. Otherwise, the receiving device may use other codecs, resulting in an audio delay.
Q3. Can it remember the last successful pairing record and pair automatically in the next operation?
✓ Yes. After you successfully set them to pair with each other, the adapter will automatically connect to the Bluetooth headset or cell phone the next time you turn on the Bluetooth on the headset or cell phone. This process takes about 6-20 seconds depending on the device's Bluetooth frequency and usage environment. For quick pairing, you can also press the multifunction button twice quickly for quick pairing.
You can press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds to clear all pairing records.
Q4. Is it compatible with AirPods?
✓ Yes, it uses the latest Qualcomm QCC 3040 Bluetooth chipset and is compatible with AirPods.
Q5. Will it work with any TV?
✓ Please make sure your TV has a 3.5mm AUX audio out connector (also known as standard headphone out connector) or L/R 2RCA audio out connector. After successful pairing. Then change the TV sound settings from "TV Speakers" to "Audio Out".
Q6. Static noise/delay/poor audio?
✓ This may be caused by insufficient power supply. In this case, do not plug it into the device's low-voltage USB port again. Please try replacing the power supply and use a standard 5V/1A power adapter to power it.
Q7. Can it be used for guitar or piano?
✓ For live music or musical instruments such as guitar or piano, we do not recommend using Bluetooth adapter, please use the specialized adapter or 2.4G wireless adapter.
Q8. Making a phone call?
✓ The adapter does not have a built-in microphone, so it does not support any calls or communications, only playing or listening to sound.
