Emma Basic Shirataki Noodle Stir Fry

Heat olive oil in a pan, add pancetta and stir.
Rinse the Shirataki and drain.
Once pancetta has turned to a golden brown, add the chopped mushrooms and shirataki.
Drizzle with soy sauce, and stir until the sauce is well mixed with shirataki.
Garnish with chopped spring onion, pepper and salt. Enjoy.
