Konjac is a root vegetable that grows in parts of Asia. It’s known for its starchy corm, a tuber-like part of the stem that grows underground. The corm is used to make a rich source of soluble dietary fibre known as glucomannan.

Emma Basic Shirataki Noodle Stir Fry

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan, add pancetta and stir.
  2. Rinse the Shirataki and drain.
  3. Once pancetta has turned to golden brown, add the chopped mushrooms and shirataki.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce, stir until the sauce is well mixed with shirataki.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion, pepper and salt. Enjoy.
