Operating light As soon as you connect the plug of the paraffin bath to a power source, the green operating light comes on. The device is now switched on.	Heating light The red heating light on the paraffin bath will also light up, and will only go out when the specified heat setting has been reached.	Temperature regulation To use, turn the temperature controller to "hot" to melt the paraffin wax. When the paraffin wax has completely melted, turn the temperature controller to the marked line between "warm" and "hot" for a pleasant application temperature.

The paraffin bath is very easy to use – heat the Elle by Beurer MPE 70 paraffin bath until the paraffin wax melts. Submerge dry and chapped hands, feet or elbows repeatedly for short periods of time into the warm liquid paraffin wax and then remove again. This causes a thin layer of wax to form, over which a film is then placed. The warmth of the paraffin wax opens the pores of the skin and moisture escapes. The layer of wax prevents the moisture from escaping. Instead, the moisture enters the opened pores and penetrates deep into the skin, where it is absorbed. This makes skin especially soft and smooth. After an exposure time of 20 minutes, the paraffin wax can be removed.
