Question 2: The Plaque remover for teeth can't turn on (no power)

Answer: Please note that the product can not power on while charging,Please charge it first after receiving the goods. ,you need to unplug the charging cable if you want to use it ,and please long press the button to turn it on.

Question 3: Why it get hot when i put pressure on it

Answer: This is because the teeth cleaner uses ultrasonic technology ,with 42kHZ high frequency vibration, when you press the working head,it will produce heat, this is a normal phenomenon.

We recommend starting with the softest mode not to let the cleaning head stay on one spot for more than 2 seconds and do not put pressure on it strongly.
