Flohlarven in der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Tieres werden bei direktem Kontakt mit dem behandelten Hund abgetötet. ABTÖTEND: Advantix tötet die meisten stechenden Parasiten rasch bei Kontakt ab, ohne, dass ein Stechen notwendig ist. Dadurch können auch Juckreiz, Rötung und Hautirritationen verhindert werden.
