Knowing the following will give you a better product experience

  • 1. For desktop only. A blue-tooth power cable needs to be connected to the motherboard 9-pin interface, or the blue-tooth function won't work.
  • 2. The specification of PCI-E wireless network card is 1800Mbps (2.4G: 600Mbps, 5G: 1200Mbps).
  • 3. This Wi-Fi card will not boost the speed of original router, which only helps your computer to receive the router's signal and speed better.
  • 4. It has nothing to do with the quality of this card when you can't get the maximum speed. The network environment, router, barriers, laptop and PC 's internal memory…the interference of many factors can affect the speed.
  • 5. Please turn off the built-in Wi-Fi when using on a desktop pc.( If there is built-in Wi-Fi function in your desktop pc ).

  • Q1: How to use the Bluetooth function?
  • A1: Please insert the USB 9-pin cable that comes with the package into the USB 9-pin port of the motherboard. Also install the bluetooth driver.

  • Q2: Bluetooth is not working, what should I do?
  • A2: Please check whether the bluetooth 9-pin cable is inserted into the 9-pin USB port of the motherboard, and the white end is connected to the pcie card. Then Install the bluetooth driver.

  • Q3: The bluetooth works fine, but there is no wifi?
  • A3:
  • 1. First check whether the device wifi is recognized by the computer in the device manager. If the network controller with a yellow exclamation mark appears, install the wifi driver. If the driver is installed, the yellow warning is still displayed. Please right-click, click Update, and select the C drive path to manually update.
  • 2. Check whether there is an M.2 hard disk on the motherboard, which may cause a hardware function conflict. M.2 hardware in parallel channel needs to be unplugged.
  • 3. You may need to enter the bios to set some options for pcie.

  • Q4: Does it not recognize after a period of use or the wifi speed is slow?
  • A4: You can try different things by plugging the device into different pcie slots.
