Please read the following tips carefully before using this wireless microphone.

Warm Tips:

1. Not suitable for macbook, laptop, bluetooth speakers, aux digital audio system.

2. For speakers and other PA devices, please use the “MIC” socket not “AUX ”socket, the microphone is not suitable for devices with less than 15W power.

3. For smartphone which has a 3.5mm microphone port, plug the receiver unit directly into MIC port for recording.

4. For apple lightning devices , such as iPhone 7 and newer, iPads, you need to use a certified lighting to 3.5mm jack adapter cable which need to buy separately. Both the “Y” adapter and Lightning adapter should be using at the same time for the connection. (see the following image)

5. For USB-C smartphones, you need to use the USB-C to 3.5mm jack adapter cable which need to buy separately. Both the “Y” adapter and USB-C adapter should be using at the same time for the connection. (see the following image)

6. For android phones, due to system version issues, the microphone is not compatible with the phone's own video recording function. Android phones must use a third-party app to use the microphone for audio and video recording, such as open camera, tik tok.

7. This lavalier microphone is not recommended for instant calls, some applications may not recognize it due to the built-in smart polarity switching of the microphone.

8. Don't point the microphone directly at speakers to prevent howling.

9. When the microphone can’t be used with PC to record, you can download the Adobe Audition, and If no sound when used on Win7 System please kindly turn on "listen to this microphone" on computer sound setting.If no sound, please use an additional usb sound card adapter for connection.

10. Fully charge the transmitter and receiver before use.

How to reset the wireless microphone?

1. Press and hold the "+" key of transmitter, turn on the power button, the blue indicator will flashing.

2. Turn on the receiver, the device go into reset mode automatically.

3. A few seconds later, the indicator stop flashing, the device reset successfully

Why the Microphone get so much noise?

1.Please check if there is a strong magnetic field or sound waves or wireless interference.

2.The mic didn't wear the windscreen foam. Please use the supplied windscreen foams, which can effectively minimize wind noise and vocal plosives.

The wireless mic is howling, what can I do?

1. Please check the position of the speaker. Do not point the microphone directly at the speaker.

2.Try turning off the reverb and turning down the volume.
