Q: Why didn't see the earwax being cleaned out?
A: 1) Maybe the ear canal is relatively clean, and it takes an average of half a month for earwax to form. You can try again after a while;
2) We have 5 different replacement heads, you can choose the one that works best on your ear canal cleaning according to your ear canal condition.
Ring-head for sticky or big earwax; Spiralhead for lots of debris; Earpick, when ask others to help; large earpick for adults, small for children.
Q: Why can't the barrier plate be fixed, will move when used?
A: The barrier plate is designed for safety tips, and can not be completely locked. If you have felt resistance, pls stop to insert it / to adjust the corresponding safety scale according to your feelings.
Q: How to install the head attachments and barrier plate?
A: Head Installation: “I” aligns with “unlock” symbol, rotate clockwise, “I” aligns with “lock”.
Barrier Plate: Push the protruding end of the barrier plate in the direction of the handle lock and slowly rotate it into the ring-head adjustment area.
Q: How to clean ear effectively?
A: Be sure to lock in place before using.
1) Ring-head: Install and adjust the barrier plate to the in-ear depth. Beginners choose green, skilled choose yellow and red for deep cleaning.
Slowly insert the ring head deep into the ear canal, and fit the ear canal at multiple angles to dislodge debris or oily earwax, every 5 seconds, remove and clean the ring head, then repeat the above actions.
2) Spiral head: Insert the spiral head into the ear, squeeze the handle with your fingers and rotate it counterclockwise. (Note: rotate but not turn back and forth). Then you can gradually deepen it according to the sensitivity of the ear, and let the spiral head bend at multiple angles in the ear. Take out the spiral head and clean it every 10 seconds of use, and then continue to go deep or adjust the angle to rotate.
