At Due Vittorie we create our balsamic vinegar of Modena using top-quality grapes from our own vineyards and from Emilia Romagna selections. With our headquarters located in the heart of Modena, we continue to work according to tradition and closely monitor the quality of the raw materials in order to achieve a naturally dense product.
How did we get our start

The Due Vittorie farm is dedicated to Maria Vittoria Maletti and Maria Vittoria Regnani, daughters of the founders, Davide and Giorgio. This explains its name, Due Vittorie, a brand that symbolizes gratitude to the land of Modena, which raised them with respect for nature in the tradition of viticulture, and the passion for the enjoyment of good cuisine.

Created from concentrated grape must and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 20% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, dye: E150D), modified starch, and antioxidant E220, our Balsamic Glaze is gluten and fat-free.
