- 1. Make sure your device supports the QI wireless charging function before using this wireless iPhone charger.

-2. Check if you use the QC 2.0/3.0 adapter to charge.

-3. Test with other USB cables.

Q: Does this wireless charger carry a data cable port that includes a USB-A port?

A: Adapter is not included, our cable is USB-A to Type-C, so you need to have an adapter for USB-A port.

Q: How is the magnetic effect of wireless charging, can other phones also be used?

A: The magnetic charging board covered with a magnetic device can firmly adsorb Apple 12 series or above, it is recommended that the magnetic effect will be stronger without a phone case!
