What is DTF powder?

This is a hot melt powder made of 100% polyurethane resin. It is used to cover the printing paper before the printing process starts. Our DTF powder can print a variety of vivid patterns on your t-shirts, bags, shoes, hats etc. Take fabric upholstery to the next level with style and creativity.


Super Adhesion No pinholes! Uniform and regular particles good adhesion.	High Durability Our soft DTF powder has a better touch. It is washable and elastic.	Vivid Transferring Vibrant colors and patterns are transferred 100% of the time.

DTF heat transfer steps:

Step 1: Design the pattern.

Step 2: Print your design on PET film (you will need to prepare your own DTF ink, printer and film).

Step 3: Apply the powder evenly and let the hot melt powder stick to the printed design, then shake off the excess powder.

Step 4: Place the film with the hot melt powder in the oven and bake until the hot melt powder melts. Recommended baking. Temperature: 266?-320? / 130?-160?, Time: 120s-300s / 2min-5min.

Step 5: Place the patterned side of the treated film flat on the garment where you want to print the pattern on a heat press at a temperature of 302?-329? / 150?-165?, time: 10s-15s, heat press.

Step 6: Slowly tear off the PET film along corner.
