Q&A

Q1: The charging speed is slow/phones can not charged fully?

18W/QC 3.0 Adapter is required for fast charging, but adapter is not included in the package.

Q2: Why does the device heat up when charging?

Please check whether the device is aligned accurately;

When the thickness of your phone case exceeds 5mm/0.2in, it may easily lead to abnormal charging and overheating;

If neither of the above situation happens, it’s normal if your device heats up slightly during wireless charging, which won’t affect its safety and service life.

Q3: If this dual wireless charging pad cannot charge the phone or there is a charging interruption, how can I deal with these problems?

The charging pad cannot charge your phone if it doesn’t have wireless charging function. If your phone has wireless charging function but is not aligned accurately, it will lead to those problems.

There are 2 solutions:

1). Confirm whether your mobile phone has wireless charging function. (You can refer to the user manual of your phone or consult the seller).

2). When charging, please align the center area of your phone—which is the area of your phone's charging coil.
