INGREDIENTS WHEAT flour, glucose syrup, whole EGG powder, sugar, EGG white powder, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), salt, thickener (guar gum), flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid). May contain: (MILK). DIRECTIONS 1. Pour the milk and the pancake mix into a bowl and mix with a whisk or electric mixer until smooth. 2. Heat a small amount of butter / oil in a large circular frying pan, over a medium heat. 5. Spoon 2-3 tablespoon of batter into the pan per pancake - each pancake should be about 8cm wide and 1cm deep. Make sure the pancakes aren't too close together as they will spread during cooking. 6.
