Colour-intensive garments can quickly cause discolouration. The colours bleed out and transfer colour residue to the entire wash. With the Dr. Beckmann Intensive Decolouriser, the original colours can be restored. Special ingredients remove discolouration. The clothes look like before after discolouring. Application: observe the temperature and care instructions of the textiles. Before discolouring, please test the original colour for coloured washing (all original shades except pure white) and make the following colour fastness sample: dissolve 1 teaspoon of decolouriser powder in 100 ml of hot water and wet the item in an inconspicuous place. The Dr. Beckmann Intensive Decolouriser may be used if: the treated shades change during application and during approx. Do not change exposure time for 30 minutes (also do not temporarily observe it). the original colours have not changed after washing out and drying. For stubborn discolouration, we recommend discolouring in the container, as the longer exposure time increases the process of discolouration. Not suitable for: - Synthetic fibres - Jeans - Indanthren colours - Remove sunscreen/milk or stains from self-tanning and products that contain UV ingredients. Application: In the container: 1. Dissolve the bag contents completely in 6 litres of hot water (from 30 °C). In case of weaker discolouration, half of the bag contents is sufficient. Seal the bag well. 2. Insert up to 1.5 kg of discoloured laundry and immerse completely (do not add detergent). Instructions for laundry weights can be found under "Frequent Questions". 3. Close the container airtight. 4. Leave to work for at least 4 hours. In case of strong discolouration and/or low temperatures (30/40°C), it is best to work overnight. 5. Then rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water or wash separately in the washing machine. In the washing machine: 1. Dissolve the bag contents completely in 6 litres of hot water (from 30 °C). Important note: If the textiles are not colourfast, then the application of the decolourer may change the original colour, so always carry out a colour fastness sample in advance. Effective from 30 °C. Suitable for all colourfast textiles, also discolours sensitive items such as wool and silk. The colour remover with SOS formula works in the hand wash as well as in the washing machine and restores the original colour of the textiles.
