Why the tape isn't sticky enough

This tapes is pressure-sensitive adhesives, the unique acrylic chemistry is extremely durable and the stickiness will gradually increase over time and reaches a maximum after 72 hours. So when sticking heavy objects,you can wait for 72 hours.
When it is used for some heavy oil or heavy dirt surfaces, for maximum bond strength, you need to remove the oil and dirt and clean the surface with IPA/water.
The initial adhesion of the tape may be reduced in winter due to the low temperature. We recommend that you heat the surface of the tape with a hot air blower for 30 seconds before applying it to the object.
