Q: Does this touch screen car radio fit my car model?
The car stereo is standard double din size and it is compatible with most brands of car model, just make sure that the car console is bigger than the size of the radio: The machine installation size fits 3 sizes to be installed: 6.89×3.94inch, 7×3.94inch, and extra frame(7.4×4.53inch) to adjust, Please confirm that your car dash board opening size before purchasing.
If you find that our stereo size does not meet your dash size, you can purchase a suitable double din dash kit for your car model.
Some cars may need extra aftermarket accessories to complete the installation.
Q: Unable to boot?
1) Please make sure that B+, ACC, GND are in right connection before plugging it up. 2) This Car Stereo is NOT available for Diesel Cars 24V DC.
Q: How to set steering wheel control buttons?
- Find your steering wheel control wire of the original vehicle (KEY1/KEY2 (there is no KEY2 in some car models)/ground wire);
- Connect KEY1 to wheel 1 wire, KEY2 to wheel 1 wire, GND(Black) to GND. (Please refer to the actual harness);
- Click "Setting", Swipe the menu bar to the left, and find the steering wheel control icon;
- The Learning Method of buttons is in the user manual. Save the settings.
* If your car is Digital Steering Wheel Control, then you will need to purchase a CANBUS for your car.
Q: Can't connect with Bluetooth?
- Please turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone before the car radio is turned on.
- Please delete the bluetooth record of the mobile phone and re-match the connection.
Q: Touch screen doesn't work?
1) Please check if the touch screen broken. 2) Please press RST for 3 seconds to re-boot this unit. 3) Re-connect the power cable after turn off the power 10 seconds. 4) In radio mode, press into touch calibration after 10 seconds, click “+” to calibrate touch screen
Q. The AM/FM radio does not work?
- Can’t search Stations: Please check the ANT line is connected already if your Antenna is Auto and also please make sure that Antenna is plugged in.
- NO Local Stations: 1) Click “setup”. 2) Slide down the settings bar to “Radio Area” and enter into it. 3) Slide the option bar to select the desired Radio Area. 4) Please the “back” icon to finish operation
Q: There is no sound right after installation?
It is usally a wiring error or the original car speaker wire is short-circuited with iron. Here are the steps to check it.
- Check if the speaker cable is short-circuited, if so, please reconnect the wiring.
- Check how many speaker cables does the original speaker have. If there are only 2 speaker cables then it means that the original car line does not match our unit. In this case, you need to re-organize the original car line. One speaker must lead to 2 speaker wires; 2 speakers must be have 4 speaker cables, only in this way, the unit can work properly.
Q. Automatic shut-down? Machine stuck? Content not responding?
Automatic shutdown is generally caused by the following situations:
1). The cable was connected wrong: If the blue cable (automatic antenna power supply)is connected to the power cord of the unit, an automatic shutdown will occur. Please follow the correct wiring connection method to solve the problem.
2). The voltage is unstable: please find a 12V-5A power supply and re-tested it to see if it will automatically shut down or not. If it won't automatically shut down after the test, please replace the power supply. If it will automatically shut down, it is problem with the unit.
If you encounter a machine stuck, it is recommended that you try to poke the RST hole with a needle for more than three seconds, this function will restore your machine to factory settings, please save the data before use.
