Serve with rice, fresh coriander, naan bread and a dollop of yoghurt. In a separate pan, cook the meat for around 5 minutes until sealed, add the curry sauce and simmer for a further 10-15 minutes or until the meat is cooked through. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes, remove from heat and blend until smooth. Heat oil in a pan and cook 2 onions and 2 garlic cloves until softened, add honey, 20g spice mix and cook for 1 minute before adding chopped tomatoes and stock. Add 700g chosen meat to a bowl with 100ml natural yoghurt and 20g dopiaza seasoning, mix well and marinade for at least 20 mins. Simple, easy to follow recipe, serve up a traditional Indian feast at home!. Use this with chicken, beef or lamb for an authentic taste.
