Spinach Cauliflower and Broccoli Pasta Bake

Cook time: 60 mins
Total time: 75 mins

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/ fan 160°C, gas mark 4.

2. Place all the ingredients, apart from the cheese, into a large casserole dish. Add 200mls boiling water, stir well then cover with two layers of foil.

3. Bake for 50 minutes.

4. Then remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake for a further 10 minutes before serving either alone as a vegetarian supper, or with grilled chicken/pan fried salmon.
